Ensuring Safe Delivery of Your Plants!

Your newly ordered plant is in safe hands with us. You might wonder, how do we ship such a prickly, sometimes cumbersome, yet fragile plant?

Our plants are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes, delivered right to your doorstep by our courier, much like any other online order. As soon as your package leaves our greenhouse and is handed over to the courier, you'll receive tracking information directly in your email.

For orders containing multiple plants, we take extra care to prevent any "spiky encounters" between them in the box. By wrapping the plants in newspaper or toilet paper, we ensure that their spines won't cause harm to each other, which is incredibly handy!

Next, the plants are placed in the box with additional cushioning to prevent any movement during transit, ensuring they are well-protected for their journey to you.

If anything unexpected happens with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days, and we'll make it right!

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs become visible at checkout once you enter the destination country for your cacti and succulents:

  • Netherlands: €4.95, free shipping for orders over €40.
  • Other European Countries: €9.95, free shipping for orders over €40.

Shipping Time

We strive to ship all orders placed on weekdays before 2 PM on the same day, excluding weekends and holidays. Domestic and international shipments typically arrive within 1 to 2 business days, although delivery times may vary.

Please contact us if you have not received your order within five days.

Delivery of Your Order

You'll receive a message with a track & trace code when your order ships. On the day of delivery, you'll be given a specific time frame for when to expect your package.

Should you be unavailable to receive it, the package may be delivered to a neighbor or a nearby pickup point. You can also specify an alternate delivery location through the courier's app to ensure you receive your package as conveniently as possible.

Delayed Deliveries

In case of stock shortages, peak delivery times, or frost forecasts, we may need to delay your order. We'll keep you informed and offer solutions, such as a later delivery date, a refund, or an alternative product.

Return Policy

Due to their perishable nature, plants cannot be returned within the legal 14-day cooling-off period. We ensure the quality of our cacti and succulents before they leave our greenhouse, guaranteeing only 100% quality products. If you believe your plant does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 7 days for a satisfactory resolution.

For non-plant items, returns are accepted within 14 days after contacting us for return instructions. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You will be refunded the full order amount minus shipping costs. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. For more information, please refer to our terms and conditions.
