Return Policy:
Our plants are quickly shipped to ensure they arrive in excellent condition, similar to the photos shown. However, please note that minor damages such as tears or discoloration can occur during transit; living plants can indeed experience stress while on the move. While we do not accept partial returns for such transit damages, we are ready to assist you with advice for your plant's recovery.
If your shipment takes more than 10 days and the plant suffers damage as a result, please send us photos within 24 hours of receipt so we can evaluate a suitable solution together. Should your order not arrive, you will be fully refunded. We monitor all shipments with a tracking number to guarantee delivery.
